Twins and Multiples

For twins and multiples pre-birth - 4 months (adjusted) - together we can support your little ones to develop positive sleep habits. 

This plan includes:

• An initial, 15 minute phone call to discuss your babies' sleep - during this call, we will discuss your support options for you and your babies
• A detailed, bespoke plan for you to follow which includes how to support your babies to develop their circadian rhythm, how to take those first steps towards independent sleep and how to deal with the ups and downs of newborn naps
• A 60 minute video or face to face** consultation where we discuss your plan and I set you up for success
• For an additional £30, you can also have two follow up calls or follow up emails, to be used any time before your babies are 4 months old (adjusted)

Please note that for twins and multiples, my 2-week package starts from 4 months (adjusted). 

This plan includes:

• An initial, 15 minute phone call to discuss your babies' sleep and how I can help you to achieve your sleep goals
• Analysis of a comprehensive questionnaire where you give me all I need to know about night time sleep, naps, routines, feeding and any relevant health and family background 
• A detailed, bespoke plan for your little ones based on their individual needs, your sleep goals and your preferences as a parent
• A 60 to 90 minute video or face to face** consultation where we discuss your plan and I set you up for success
• Four follow up phone calls in Week 1, typically scheduled after nights 1, 2, 4 and 6, where we check on progress and troubleshoot if necessary 
• Four follow up emails in Week 2 for you to use as and when you have any questions
• At the end of our time together, I send you all of my Sleep Guides to future proof your sleep journey

This plan includes:

• An initial, 15 minute phone call to discuss your little one's sleep and how I can help you to achieve your sleep goals
• Analysis of a comprehensive questionnaire where you give me all I need to know about your child's night time sleep, naps (where applicable), routines and any relevant health and family background 
• A detailed, bespoke plan for your children based on their individual needs, your sleep goals and your preferences as a parent
• A 60 to 90 minute video or face to face** consultation where we discuss your plan and I set you up for success
• Five follow up phone calls over the first two weeks, where we check on progress and troubleshoot if necessary 
• Four follow up emails for you to use as and when you have any questions
• At the end of our time together, I send you all of my Sleep Guides to future proof your sleep journey

**I can travel to your home (or another agreed location) within 30 minutes of Rutland for your consultation for an additional cost of £30. Further distances can be accommodated at an agreed price.
